DFID's support to PFMRP-V requires a technical assistance support (TAS) service to the Ministry of Finance & Planning and for local government PFM reform. The selected firm will provide technical assistance to (a) Ministry of Finance (b) the President's Office - Regional Administration & Local Government (PO-RALG) and (c) 26 Regional Secretariats, and support them to implement PFM reforms for improving quality of financial management in central and local government level as outlined in the PFMRP Phase V strategy.
