A debt collection service for the collection of debts owed to the Council including but not limited to Housing Benefit Overpayment, Sundry Debts, small value Council Tax debts (less than PS150), and Housing Rents in respect to the Housing Needs Service. This contract has been awarded in accordance with the Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation's Enforcement Agency Services Dynamic Purchasing System - Reference 953
