If successful, we expect the funding agreement to be signed with a project start date between 1st October 2019 and 1st February 2020. As part of the proposal, there is provision for a "Consultant" to be procured throughout the duration of the 3 year project. As such this contract will be dependent on the funding being successful. Scope The Consultant will be expected to work an average 1 day a week throughout the 3 year project. Their primary responsibilities are to: *Train and support the SME delivery partners in ERDF regulations, compliance and best practice, which will be on-going throughout the project. *Support the ERDF Programme Manager to collect the relevant documentation/evidence from the delivery partners for ERDF claims. *Provide ERDF claims experience, expertise and knowledge in order for the project to meet its spend and output targets. *Work with the ERDF Programme Manager to develop and distribute a Project Handbook amongst all the delivery partners.
