Serviced Catering (including fine dining service) 4. Pop-up/mobile catering. 5. Convenience Items. The option will be for the requirement to be tendered as a whole and the suppliers to commit to the areas of their choice to tender for them. Key Objectives are as follows: Increase the range and number of third-party catering suppliers Increase the styles of third-party food ranges on offer including diverse ethnic and authentic flavours Ensure value for money in catering options is accessible to UoB Set monitorable KPI's to enable good contract management Increase the % of local suppliers located within a 30-mile radius of the Central Bristol Campus Ensure sustainable choices are available and that sustainable packaging, delivery methods and processes are embedded in third-party catering practices
