This Soft Market Test exercise is now Closed. LGSS's Procurement Activity Log (PAL) is currently built in SharePoint and contains information of all the tenders managed by the procurement team. It also includes other items such advice, training, request for quotation, contract review etc. LGSS Procurement works in accordance with the Public Contract Regulations 2015 but also works on projects below the OJEU thresholds. Please read this document and if you feel that your organisation is able to contribute to this exercise please complete the questionnaire at the end of this document and return, via email to procurement@northamptonshire.gov.uk by 8th March 2017.
