## Notice

Wiltshire Council has a requirement for Grounds Maintenance at Needham House, Extra Care Scheme in Devizes. General upkeep and tidying of the communal gardens, to include, but not be limited to: * Grass Cutting (cut fortnightly from 1st April to 31st October. Ad hoc in the winter months) * Weeding and tidying of all flower beds and borders * Hedge cutting - minimum of 2 cuts per year * Pruning of any low level branches * Clearing and cleaning of paths * Weeding communal patios (by the lounge areas and at the bottom of fire exits) * Sweep refuse area, car park and the alley between the building and refuse store * To pressure wash refuse area (4 times per year) * Ensure bottom of drain pipes do not become blocked with garden debris * Ensure no invasive plants take root in the gardens * Plant replacement as required * Replacement of top soil and bark as required shire Council has a requirement for Grounds Maintenance at Needham House, Extra Care Scheme in Devizes.
