## Notice

In August 2017, Hackney Council submitted a bid to the Heritage Lottery Fund's Parks for People programme to fund the Abney Park Restoration Project. In December 2017, the HLF awarded the Abney Park Restoration Project a first round pass. Hackney Council now wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and highly experienced Design Team to lead on the Development Phase of the Abney Park Restoration Project. The deliverables are: * Costed designs developed to RIBA Work Stage 3 * A Business Plan * An Activity Plan * A Fundraising Strategy with fundraising targets * A Management and Maintenance Plan * A successful planning application * A Consultation and Engagement Strategy * To prepare and submit an HLF Stage 2 application * An updated Conservation Plan Additional information: This tender will be administered via an e-procurement system called ProContract.
