The service will be required to develop excellent partnership and joint working arrangements with relevant agencies in the city to deliver positive outcomes for people rough sleeping and / or begging or leading street based lives. This service will play a key role in supporting the Council to meet it's strategic priorities around homelessness and rough sleeping.
