The existing insulation and roof covering will be stripped back to the existing deck and a new Bauder Total Roof System installed. * Upgrade the Thermal performance of the existing roofs; * Install new Flat Roof Bauder System to provide a 20yr insurance backed warranty; * Upgrade the roof drainage; * Provide new Fascia boards as required; * Existing Roof lights to be changed to Triple Skin Rooflights.
