## Summary

The procurement process involves Livin Housing Limited, a registered provider established from the large-scale voluntary transfer of local authority housing, seeking bids for the "Western Estate Masterplan" project in Newton Aycliffe, North East England. Currently at the tender stage, this open procurement aims to assemble a project management team by July 2017 and complete the Masterplan by March 2018, with a tender submission deadline of 19 June 2017. The overall budget for the project is set between £100,000 and £120,000, and it is part of a broader regeneration initiative funded by the Department of Communities and Local Government.

This tender presents significant growth opportunities for businesses providing project management consultancy and related services, particularly those specialising in architecture, engineering, and urban planning. Companies with experience in community engagement, planning consultancy, and cost management would be well-positioned to compete for this contract, as it requires a diverse set of skills to effectively manage and execute the Masterplan in collaboration with Livin and the local community.
