## Notice

This will involve answering calls from our customers, staff and third parties between 17:00 - 08:00 Monday to Friday, throughout the weekend and public/bank holidays. Incidents should be measured against a set standard to see if an emergency engineer is required. Successful bidders will be able to offer this service for a variety of trades. It is not a requirement that sub-contractors are employed directly by the bidder but this will be BCHA's preferred option.
