The Contractor will be expected to utilise subcontractors and suppliers from the Sheffield area as much as practically possible and this will be a key question in the evaluation process. The Client will employ Clerks of Works to oversee the work and sample checks will be made as applications for payment. Site checks will also be made during progress of the works. The Form of Contract will be JCT Minor Works 2011 edition including all standard City Council amendments and obligations. The budget for all site works described above is PS136,000.
