(Note: if circumstances demand e.g., if there is not a sufficient number of compliant tenders in a lot, contractors may be awarded additional lots (more than 4) - Sanctuary reserves the right to award additional lots to a contractor (more than 4). The Contract(s) will be run for a period of five (5) years, with the option to extend the contract(s) by two (2), one (1) year periods (solely at the Group's discretion) subject to satisfactory performance.
