Contract Duration This is a one off Procurement exercise for the University, a long term relationship will be expected via Warranty commitments and collaborative working. Lotting This Tender is not lotted, the need to coordinate the different contractors for the lots could seriously risk undermining the proper execution of the contract. Budget Detail The budget for this study has been set at a maximum of PS240,000 including VAT and all associated costs, such as but not limited to, delivery, installation, training, ongoing support etc. In order to allow the Contract to be used for Funded projects we are notifying all tenderers that some or all of this tender requirement is externally funded by the Office for Students and/or Sports UK.
