igh Speed Two (HS2) Limited (HS2 Ltd) intends to procure a Contract for the development of technical design, manufacture and installation of a series of bespoke artwork benches and rest areas in eight locations (including the prototype) in the Colne Valley to the concept design and with the continued guidance of the appointed artist.
