## Notice

Pick Everard will provide a monitoring oversight role for the Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC) on behalf of Homes England. Key technical services will include Structural and Civil Engineering advice and Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. Given Pick Everard have undertaken the services referred to above on behalf of Nottingham City Council prior to acquisition and know the background to the CDC design, Homes England's intend to retain them through the remaining stages of the CDC works.
