One element of the funding is to be used to provide 40 hours Rough Sleeper Street Outreach (RSSO). This invitation is for quotations from providers who feel they can offer this service to the general specification provided below within the Ipswich and Suffolk Coastal Districts. It is also expected that the organisation awarded the funding will greater promote Street Link to increase alerts, extending a key element of prevention and a starting point for intervention.
