## Notice

The accommodation required for the Crowndale Centre includes the following: Council chamber (the same size as existing with access for the public) Foyer space for gatherings and functions 5 committee rooms (the same size as existing) Accommodation for Members, including small group rooms Leader's office Support offices for Cabinet and Members Mayor's Parlour Registrar office (for births and deaths) including meeting rooms, reception area and back office Ancillary items (please see Specification for further requirements) The contract will be for a period of 37 weeks commencing October 2017.
