The UKAEA is looking to contract a supplier to provide CBT to include, but not limited to, the following: * Provision of a Cloud (SaaS) based service o Level of flexibility, i.e., evergreen product, externally hosted hardware platform, etc. o Hosted within the UK/EU. o Reduced on-site overheads. * Design and Implementation o System design based on initial service requirements. o Workflow designs. o Configuration for each course module. o Transfer to the system of all existing courses. o Interfaces with existing systems. * Training o Training of super users/system administrators to undertake system configuration and course changes. * Service Support o Remote support of the CBT platform. o Product updates and patches. o Disaster Recovery capability, secondary hosting site and backup of UKAEA data for recovery purposes. o UKAEA data held by supplier to comply with GDPR guidelines.
