Each framework will represent a different geographic area: North London (Lot 1) and South Central London (Lot 2). The intended service delivery commencement is in April 2021. Bidders should note that estimated values in this contract notice do not include works that may be instructed by private developers (see VI.3 for further information). Economic Operators (EO) will be permitted to be shortlisted for and, if shortlisted, submit tenders for both lots but may only be awarded one lot. Where the winning tender in both lots is from the same EO, the award per Lot will be based on the best tender award combination across both lots for TfL as set out in the procurement documents.
