The Council requires the Provider to facilitate a winter night shelter with the following specification: -Accommodation from 1st December 2023 to 31 March 2024. -15 bed spaces. -Access to these spaces should be available from 20:00 - 08:00, 7 days a week. -The service provision should be within 3 miles of Watford town centre. -1 hot evening meal should be provided to those accessing the provision. -Shower facilities should be provided to those accessing the provision. -Staffing should be adequate to provide a safe environment. -Staff should have adequate skills and experience to support the cohort. -The use of volunteers are considered beneficial.
