## Summary

ESPO is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement for Occupational Health Services with a budget of £100 million, set to start on 1st July 2019 and end by 30th June 2021. This open procurement method allows public bodies across the UK, including local authorities and NHS organisations, to access a wide array of occupational health services. The tender process includes various service lots, such as General Occupational Health Services, NHS Services, Blue Light Services, and Employee Assistance Programmes, which was finalised on 25th June 2019 with contracts awarded.

This procurement presents significant opportunities for businesses specialising in health services, particularly small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary community sector enterprises (VCSEs). Companies capable of delivering a range of occupational health services, including mental health support, pre-employment assessments, and absence management, would find this tender particularly suited to their capabilities. With the potential for subsequent call-off contracts through an eAuction process, successful bidders can expect to engage with various public sector clients, expanding their reach and securing long-term partnerships within the public health sector.
