The procurement involves designing and building a sustainable technical education system for Greater Manchester. GMCA wants to procure a supplier to provide a thorough review of the current programme of work, with stakeholder analysis and breakdown of the further steps needed to successfully design and build a sustainable, integrated technical education system in Greater Manchester. This will include an analysis of the barriers and risks with recommended mitigating actions, recommendations on proportionate programme management capabilities and arrangements, and actions to support GMCA to work with system partners at all levels to develop a realistic plan to manage its successful development and delivery to 2030.
