Businesses with expertise in integrated health and social care recruitment will find this tender particularly relevant. ## Notice Cornwall Council is seeking an Executive Search Partner to assist with the recruitment to the following roles within our Adult Social Care Directorate: * Area Director (three posts) Grade Q Salary range PS68,529 - PS83,753 * Chief Social Worker (one post) Grade P Salary range PS59,053 - PS72,174 * Locality Manager (three posts) Grade O Salary range PS51,206 - PS61,586 We are reshaping Adult Care and Support Services within Cornwall, creating new roles to lead and drive the development of a place-based health and social care service. The roles will work at the interface of strategic and operational relationships with NHS and other partners and will be a key part of a fully integrated model of health and social care commissioning and provision. The Council uses a web-based system on the South West Portal found at www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk (DueNorth) to manage quote and tender processes. New users to the system must register on this site to obtain a username and password before gaining access to the system.
