## Summary

ESPO is actively seeking suppliers to establish a framework agreement for the provision of Library Solutions and Systems, specifically targeting Library RFID equipment, self-service technology, and library management systems. This procurement falls within the goods category and has an estimated value of £20 million. The tender is currently in the planning phase, with a deadline for submissions set for 12:00 midday on 20th September 2019. The resultant contracts will start on 1st November 2019 and potentially extend by an additional 24 months, providing various public sector organisations across the UK access to these library solutions.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses specialising in library automation, self-service technologies, and related software solutions. Companies that focus on providing installation, support, and maintenance services, particularly those recognised as small and medium enterprises (SMEs) or voluntary/community sector organisations (VCSEs), are well-positioned to compete. Additionally, this framework allows for secondary agreements with third sector clients, enabling wider market reach for successful bidders.
