We would like to understand the current market as the responses will be used to assist us in the development of the specification and the approach to this procurement to determine the most suitable route to market. The Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) for Bedfordshire is focused on continuing to provide support to victims of domestic abuse with the provision of advocacy and counselling services, responding to victim's needs. In the interest of improving the victim journey, ensuring ease of access to victim support, and reducing the need for victims to recount their experiences. The PCC is keen to explore opportunities to deliver a series of high quality, victim focused, county-wide services to adults and children and young people who have experienced domestic abuse or sexual violence.
