## Notice

Conduct a multi-stage research project to determine the optimal envelope design for the envelopes ONS use to deliver social survey respondent materials to selected addresses. This project includes: - a full literature review of existing evidence (considering wider evidence alongside that already gathered by ONS - see below) - design of a trial of behaviorally-informed envelope designs (against a control of the current ONS envelopes used) considering factors such as size, orientation, colour, weight, branding, and additional messaging on the envelope itself - implementation and analysis of the trial - with written reporting of results.
