We aim to build 300 new homes per year up to 2022, this is a crucial activity for Merlin and an exciting new era. The selection of appropriate partners is critical to its success. It is fundamental that partners have experience of working within in some or all of the following local authority areas and demonstrate capacity to work in these areas in future: North Somerset, South Glos, Bath and North East Somerset, Cotswolds, Wiltshire, Bristol City. For, clarity the partners in this tender are Merlin Housing Society and Oakbrook Homes our wholly owned subsidiary.
