Proposed Works The proposed works include the following main elements Fabric: * Demolition of stud partitions and re-location of demountable partitions to new locations to form new smaller offices. * Re-configuration of ground floor WC's to provide extra WC's. * Replacement of carpet and vinyl floor finishes throughout. * Minor alterations to ceiling grid to suit new layout. * General decorations throughout. Mechanical and Electrical: * New LED lighting throughout and. * Re-configuration of fire detection and security. * New power/data supply. * Relocated air conditioning to suit new layout. * UPS Installation * New electric panel heaters * Local ventilation works
