Works will include but are not limited to: * The full removal of existing external finishes to balconies and walkways. * Repairs to all areas of spalled concrete and exposed reinforcement to balconies, walkways and ring beams. * Replacement of rain water overflow pipes to balconies and walkways. * Painting of metal handrails to balconies and walkways. * Miscellaneous concrete repairs and associated works.
