Project description Monitoring of water quality in systems across the Borough in line with Regulations. The initial contract term will be for 3 years with an option to extend for one further period of 2 years (3+2) for a potential total contract term of 5 years as stated in the ITT documents. Estimated contract spend is up to PS80,000.00 per annum, PS240,000 across the initial 3 year contract term and up to PS400,000.00 across the potential total 5 year contract term. Full details relating to the Services are provided in the ITT documents. To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk , then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents. In the event of difficulties registering as a supplier, please refer to the System Administrator Proactis support team ProContractSuppliers@proactis.com ITT clarifications to be submitted in writing via Messaging in ProContract tender portal, including the project reference and title clearly in the Subject title, by 14th January 2021, 14:00:00 hrs UK Local time.
