The works consist of: 1 - to prepare and overclad the existing panelled walls to the rear, and front of the public gallery with new European Oak slatted panels 2 - to form new timber framework and new European Oak slatted panels over the existing glazed stainless-steel rails around the Dias platform 3 - to remove and replace the existing carpet within the main chamber floor, including making good around the edge perimeter of the infilled floor well 4 - to install 6 No full height vertical acoustic panels 5 - to strip the existing slatted timber ceiling and ceiling rafters and to replace this lobby ceiling completely with a new suspended ceiling, including M&E works new laundry room.
