This initiative is expected to facilitate a framework agreement that includes diagnostic imaging equipment, radiotherapy devices, and related services with an initial estimated expenditure ranging between £229 million and £451 million in the first year. The engagement end date for suppliers to express their interest is set for 31 December 2019, with delivery locations spanning the entirety of the United Kingdom, including regions such as London, the North West, and the South East. As the NHS aims to incorporate the latest technological advancements through the framework agreement, this could open avenues for new suppliers to be awarded, promoting innovation and expanding market potential for willing participants. ## Notice It is the intention for the following to be available under the terms of the Framework Agreement: Diagnostic imaging equipment, flexible and rigid endoscopes, radiotherapy devices and supplies, contrast injectors and consumables and related services and accessories, including warranty, point of sale maintenance, training, turnkey arrangements. Due to technological advancement, specifications will be reviewed, to enable the NHS to access to the latest products via the framework. New suppliers may be awarded on the framework due to this. More information on this is provided in the attached letter. This will be in conjunction with the 2 year extension.
