They will have excellent administration skills with a strong customer focus and can thrive in a busy working environment. Experience will include: * Minimum of 12 months experience of working within a Customer Service environment dealing with complaints handling and undertaking reception duties. * A professional telephone manner * Well organised with a positive and flexible approach to working * High level of IT literacy * Excellent communication and listening skills Applicants must possess 3 GCSE's at minimum Grade C, including English Language or equivalent.
