In 2015 following improvements to the roof terrace, the undeveloped fourth floor space further benefitted from the installation of a raised flooring system and glazed cladding to its incomplete westerly elevation. The building's owner, Corby Borough Council (CBC) now wishes to create four premium offices within this space for rent to individual private tenants. These offices will essentially be fitted out ready for use to Category B (excluding branding, furniture & office equipment) and include a communal corridor from the existing fourth floor lobby and a new tea bar area.
