This Framework Agreement is open for use (call-off) by any Public Body as defined in the Local Authorities (Goods and Services) Act 1970 (as amended) ("the Act") and as outlined in either Part I or Part II of the Local Authorities (Goods and Services) (Public Bodies) Order 1972, i.e.: any local authority, any police and crime commissioner, any housing action trust established under Part III of the Housing Act 1988, any probation trust, any organisation that has received public body designation under the Act through secondary legislation, any parish council and representative body of a rural parish. A Public Body wishing to contract under this framework must first sign an Access Agreement, which must be validated, approved and signed off by WHA.
