The Schedule of Amendments to the JCT - Consultancy Agreement (Public Sector) 2016 are provided in Section 3 of the ITT (Schedule A) and the Scope of Service forms part of the Tender Specification in Section 2 of the ITT. The programmed date of appointment for the Mechanical Electrical Engineering Services will be 9th November 2020 and the contract will run up until the Defects Liability Period - 12 months following Works Contract Completion of 29th April 2023 . The estimated value of the Mechanical Electrical Engineering Services contract is PS102,000 The Design & Build Innovation Centre 7 (IC7) project covering a total area of 2696 m2 of .
