GMCA is seeking to commission a Development Offer for people and organisations receiving funding for innovation through a project to develop Greater Manchester's Foundational Economy. It's the "everyday economy", or the "essential economy" - the businesses we all rely on for our daily needs As part of a focus on supporting this part of the Greater Manchester economy, GMCA is launching a Foundational Economy Innovation Fund to provide funding for projects that test new and emerging ideas.
