## Summary

NHS Humber and North Yorkshire Integrated Care Board is overseeing the awarding of a contract for "VCSE Infrastructure Support - North East Lincolnshire," classified under the Health and social work services industry. The project, valued between £300,000 and £500,000, is focused on providing comprehensive support to Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) organisations in North East Lincolnshire. The contract was awarded to Forum CIO and is set to commence on 1 April 2025, running through to 31 March 2028. The procurement process is open, with the tender originally published on 11 November 2024 and the deadline for responses set for 13:00 on 19 December 2024.

This tender presents significant growth opportunities for businesses capable of delivering coordinated VCSE infrastructure support. Ideal candidates include organisations experienced in funding access support, stakeholder engagement, and cross-sector collaboration. The contract requires a Lead Provider model, making it suitable for businesses that can either deliver the full service or engage credible sub-contractors. SMEs and ventures aimed at enhancing the voluntary sector's role in economic, social, health, and environmental partnerships within the region are particularly well-suited to compete in this procurement process.
