The contract will run for three (3) years to match the current delivery plan timescales We are seeking an evaluation provider who will support the programme from the outset, facilitating the design and development of a Theory of Change for Heritage Place projects, with the Heritage Fund's area and country teams and places themselves, including stakeholders. The commission will also consider lessons learned from the emphasis on place and in some areas the transition between Areas of Focus and Heritage Places.
