The services covered by this procurement exercise have been subdivided into 3 lots as follows: Lot 1: Cleaning - void properties, communal areas, sheltered schemes, office cleaning. Lot 2: External Window Cleaning Lot 3: Cleaning of communal and staff areas, and dementia day care centre at Tamar Court extra care housing scheme.
