## Notice

Care and Support at Home Services are commissioned to support the Council's aims to ensure that in later life: * West Sussex is a good place to grow old * People feel safe and secure * People have opportunities to thrive * People are healthy and well * People feel part of their community These Services are commissioned to support Customer's eligible social care needs, where care and support at home services are the most appropriate solution to deliver the outcomes that have been identified. The Services will provide care and support at home to adults aged 18 and over who have eligible care needs as defined within the Care Act 2014.
