It represents the amalgamation of the existing Total Orthopaedic Solutions framework and the existing MSK framework, to bring together the learning and development achieved through the previous 3 to 4 years operations of these frameworks and their attributes, to produce a single comprehensive agreement, focused on delivering continued benefits and value to the NHS and its patients.
