Services will need to be delivered by the dates requested, and to the quality required in line with Curo's lettable standard. The quality of the cleans/clearances and time taken to turnaround a void property is a key objective and will mark the success of each contract. The contracts shall be on an initial term of three years with a possible one-year extension (subject to performance). Curo is tendering for the provision of the above requirement. The closing date for receipt of your expression of interest is given in the box below entitled - Date documents can be requested until.
