## Notice

The purpose of this tender exercise is to set up a roofing framework to undertake the required works. The framework will consist of an initial Stage 1 EOI Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) assessment to test the experience of all Suppliers that apply and create a shortlist of suitably qualified Suppliers to invite to Stage 2 - Invitation to Tender. It is anticipated that from the PQQ assessment, the top 4-6 scoring Suppliers will be invited to tender for a Framework of 4 approved Suppliers. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
