## Summary

The Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking suppliers for the development of an Urgent Treatment Centre at its Denmark Hill site, with a total contract value of £12 million. This tender is part of a selective restricted procedure and is currently in the tender stage, with submissions due by 28th February 2020. The project aims to enhance healthcare provision for an extensive population in south-east London and Kent, particularly through improved walk-in patient services. The contract period is set to commence from 1st July 2020 and conclude on 30th June 2023.

This tender presents a significant opportunity for businesses in the healthcare services sector, especially those experienced in urgent care facilities and emergency services. Companies that can offer innovative solutions for patient streaming, ENP, and GP coverage around the clock would be well-positioned to compete. This initiative aligns with current NHS standards and emphasises collaborations that enhance primary care access, making it an attractive prospect for SMEs and specialised healthcare providers looking to expand their impact in the public health domain.
