## Notice

The University of Plymouth intends to procure chiller(s) to our site in Brixham. For that reason bidders are required to consider two options for the new chilled water plant arrangement. Option 1 (Single Chiller) is to provide a single air-cooled water package with dual refrigeration circuit and a duplicate / twinset "on-board" circulation pump with inverter speed control. Option 2 (Two Chillers or Modular Chillers) is to provide 2no. independent air-cooled water chiller packages each with a single refrigeration circuit and an on-board single head circulation pump with and inverter speed control.
