## Notice

ECL are looking to procure a new HR system. We will be requiring a system capable of managing staff from recruitment and onboarding through to termination and leavers process. The system must have the following functionality: * Case Management - record holding * Resource Management * Performance Management - PMR's * Learning & Development - to book courses * Recruitment * Self Service functionality * Absence Management * Onboarding and leavers process: IT, Finance, * Workflow management: * Terms & Conditions - Contract Management * Benefits Management - multiple benefits (feeds P11D) * Integrated systems * Test environment * Fully configurable ECL is interested in hearing from any suppliers who may be able to provide a system that meets the above requirements. At present we are still developing requirements for a full competitive tender which will be conducted in late 2017
