Access for the site visit will be by helicopter departing from Stornoway Airport at 0900 hours on the 20 June 2017. Spaces will be limited to one representative per company and they must provide a current Helicopter Underwater Escape Training (HUET) and Compressed Air Emergency Breathing System Training (EBS(C)) certificate. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
