The council aims to consult and create a commissioning plan for the future provision of these services. Services have been reviewed and analysis of Carers' support services has been completed. A whole city approach will be taken, and a Carers Strategy will be produced with carers themselves, to ensure that resources, including BCC funding, are used in the most effective way to deliver services for carers in Bristol.
